Reception Desk
The reception desk option can be used by three different ways.
From the top menu > ERP > Reception Desk
From left menu > Reception Desk
From the icons given on the dashboard.
The reception desk menu allows the management/user to perform 3 different tasks.
Inquiry: Can manage inquiries from this option.
Feedback: Can take/manage feedback from various users in the ERP system.
Testimonials: Can take/manage testimonials from various users into the ERP system.
