Payroll
The payroll is the menu from which the institute management can adjust everything related to employee salary and payroll.
First, institute management needs to set up the Salary Components (Income) and Salary Deduction.
Once these are settled, the management needs to create/adjust the Salary Template. The template can be set for a single employee, a salary group, or everyone.
Institute management then needs to adjust salary details for every employee including their CTC. After the salary details are completed, the management needs to set up salary configuration for every template created.
Now it is time to pay salaries to Employees, the management can pay salaries in two different ways.
1. Salary Pay – to pay salary separately to each employee.
2. Direct Pay – to pay salary to all employees with a single click.
