The institute management needs to create a salary template for either each employee separately or a common template for a group of teachers depending on the salary they are getting.
Some institute pays equal salaries to a group of teachers, so here they can create a common template for the same and some employees have different salary packages, so for them separate salary templates are to be designed.
All salary components are displayed on the dashboard of the salary template. To create a salary component the user needs to click on the Add New button and fill out the details.
